James McHugh Construction has been issued a $8 million building permit for renovations to the Waldorf Astoria Hotel at 11 E. Walton St.
The permit says the work includes “interior alterations to existing third floor office, restaurant and meeting rooms to all meeting rooms” as per plans.
The electrical contractor is Gurtz Electric Company. Other key trades include Great Lakes Plumbing and Advance Mechanical.
