Forest Madison, LLC and Interforum Holdings‘ plans for  29 new townhomes in River Forest have cleared the Design Review Board, which voted on June 18 to approve the development application to the Village Board, the Chicago Tribune has reported.

The proposed Promenade Townhomes development at Hines Lumber’s former site, 7820 Madison St., includes five buildings, guest parking, lighting, a landscaped common area, and other improvements.

Developer Rob Palley said he estimates it will take between 12 and 16 months to build the project once it receives final village approval.
