The project is small in scale in comparison to the building’s size, but the fact that it involves two floors of renovations within the Willis Tower means that the building permit has a $12 million price tag.
Reed Illinois Corporation is doing the interior renovations for Morgan Stanley on the 34th and 92nd floors at 233 S. Wacker Dr. “No change in use. No structural work,” the permit says.
Subtrades include: Electrical – Titan Electric LLC; plumber/plumbing – Great Lakes Plumbing & Heating; and refrigeration and mechanical– Sherman Mechanical Inc.
