Chicago has issued a $13.5 million building permit to build a new five story, 32 unit apartment building at the site of what had been occupied by the Chicago Province of the Society of Jesus.
The project, at 2050 N. Clark, is being built by owner Michael Kansler‘s Novak Construction Company, which is acting as general contractor.
Key subtrades include: Electrical, Superior One Electric, Inc.; masonry, Jensen Building Repairs, Inc.; plumbing, Norman Mechanical; and refrigeration and ventilation; Air-Rite Heating and Cooling.
