DataBid.com reports that Clarius Partners LLC plans a $43 million project with two industrial buildings totalling 176,000 sq. ft to be built on speculation at the northeast corner of Roosevelt Rd. and Kildare Ave.
Preliminary design is underway, with an estimated start in late 2017 or early 2018.
After the initial construction, there are plans for industrial buildings totalling 144,000 to be built to suit, and three retail buildings on Roosevelt Rd.
