Developer Taris Real Estate has announced the completion of the structural phase of its 10-story condo at 900 West Washington in in Chicago’s West Loop. (The city issued a $34 million building permit for the project last summer.)
The condo, being built by Power Construction, includes two- and four-bedroom units and features two multi-story penthouses. It will have 22 residential units and is expected to be the first LEED Gold midrise residential building in Illinois.
Taris Real Estate says the condo is scheduled for opening in fall 2018.
Project subtrades include: Electrical – Shamrock Electric Co., Inc,; plumbing – Advance Mechanical Systems, Inc.; and ventilation – Premier Mechanical Inc.
