Sterling Bay has outlined plans to bring four new high-rise buildings to the northern edge of Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood, and DataBid has provided additional details about two of the structures at 330 and 330 N. Green St. in the Fulton Market area.

The developer aims to go beyond the Green Street Corridor with a combined 1.7 million sq. ft. of office space and 1,000 parking spaces in its four new projects.

The developers will pay upwards of $16 million to Chicago’s Neighbourhood Opportunity Bonus system, along with traffic management improvements, according to Curbed Chicago.

Here are DataBid reports on two of the projects. For more details, see www.databid.com.
