Chicago has issued a $141 million permit for the “full building” of the 36-story CNA Center at 151 N. Franklin St.
The city had earlier issued a $98.5 million building permit for the “Foundation/partial superstructure to underslab of level 1 for proposed 36-story office tower with below grade parking, parking and retail on ground floor.”
The general contractor is Lend Lease (US) Construction, working for owner Buck Management Group.
