PREMIER Design + Build Group, LLC, based in Itasca, has announced that Justin Schwenn has joined the team as assistant superintendent. He will focus on running PREMIER projects in Southeast Wisconsin.
Justin most recently worked as a carpenter and foreman for a leading residential and commercial contractor in Wisconsin, specializing in custom installations. As a foreman, he was in charge of projects from start to finish and made sure that his crew exceeded client expectations. He had oversight of construction plans, ordered materials and supervised building layouts and framing.
His supervisory and organizational skills speak for themselves through past projects and reputation; Justin plans to bring that experience to bear for clients at PREMIER. “I’m excited to continue working with commercial clients in my home state of Wisconsin,” says Justin. “My local experience with construction processes and protocol provide clients with peace of mind that their jobs will be managed efficiently and completed quickly.”
Justin raises the bar in quality and safety from his experience as a hands-on carpenter. He earned his OSHA Certification while studying carpentry and was soon recognized as a leader and foreman on the job. To further his management capabilities, Justin took part in a “Building Futures” program at Waukesha Technical College.
“Justin brings the kind of talent PREMIER looks for,” says PREMIER executive vice-president Brian Paul. “His determination and attention to detail will immediately benefit PREMIER clients. We are fortunate to have him with us.”
