The city has granted a $78-million building permit for construction of an apartment tower in the West Loop.
The 278-unit apartment tower will be built at 1400 W. Randolph St. The 25-story building will feature a retail portion on the ground-floor.
Power Construction Co. is the general contractor, while Mike Cachey Construction will handle masonry work. Meanwhile, Bonus Electric will perform electrical work, while DW Mechanical Group is taking the responsibility for plumbing work.
The title of the article says “South Loop”. Just a heads up.
Good catch, corrected.
