The Chamberlain School of Nursing is starting an $11 million project 2718 W. Roscoe St.
The Chicago building permit says the work involves “interior build-out of floors 1-4 for single tenant adult education use. Work to include construction of non-load bearing partitions updated finishes, and associated MEP.” No structural work is involved.
Pepper Construction Company is the general contractor. Key subtrades include: Electrical – Titan Electric LLC; and plumber/plumbing and ventilation – FE. Moran, Inc.
