Madison Construction Company is the general contractor building a $32 million, 111-unit residential project at 6438 N. Sheridan Rd. in the Rogers Park area, according to a recent Chicago building permit filing.
Curbed Chicago reports the Concord at Sheridan project, a joint venture between the Chicago Housing Authority and private firm Three Corners Development, has been designed by GREC Architects with David A. Ervin as architect of record. (The business registered for the joint venture is Concord Sheridan, LP.)
The seven story structure will have 125 parking spaces and ground floor retail (reportedly a Target store).
Key subtrades include: Electrical – J. M. Polcurr, Inc.; masonry – Adjustable Forms Inc. and Vimak Construction Inc.; plumbing – Norman Mechanical; and refrigeration and ventilation – Edwards Engineering Inc.
