Chicagoeveryblock.com reports that Ald. Proco Joe Moreno will host a meeting at his office on Wed. July 16 at 6 pm relating to a proposed 101-unit apartment project in the Logan Square neighborhood.

According to the report, the developer proposes a seven-story building at 2835-45 West Belden, with 44 vehicle parking spaces and 44 bicycle parking spaces.

The breakdown indicates the project aims to apply the city’s transit-oriented development ordinance to reduce the number of parking spaces.

The property is along the ‘L’ tracks near the California Blue Line Station.

The report did not provide the owner/developer’s name, nor provide indications of who will design or build the project.
