Lakeside Bank is building a new $32 million branch at 3849 S. Halsted Ave.
David Pinkerton, the owner listed on the permit document, is bank’s president and vice-chairman. David Haymes of Pappageorge Haymes Partnership is the architect and the general contractor is International Contractors, Inc. from Elmhurst.
Key subtrades include: Electrical – American Electric Construction Company LLC; masonry – Titan Masonry Enterprises, Inc.; plumbing – MVP Plumbing Corp.; and ventilation – Sunray Heating Inc.
The permit says the project is to “construct a two-story Class E bank with drive-through facility and parking lot.”
