Fifield Cos. says it is breaking ground a 11-story Transit Oriented Development at 740 Aberdeen on July 16. The project in Chicago’s River West neighborhood is scheduled to deliver 188 apartments in fall 2020.
FitzGerald Associates Architects designed the structure, while McHugh Construction is the general contractor.
In addition to the condos, an on-site parking garage with 80 spots will serve primarily residents and the building will have 2,400 sq. ft. of ground-floor retail.
