Construction is set to begin on a $3.1 million mixed-use redevelopment project including a restaurant in downtown Oswego, reports the Chicago Tribune.
The three-story brick facade building will feature a restaurant on the street level and offices on the second and third floors.
The project by Imperial Investments calls for the construction of an 18,000-sq.-ft. building at 113 Main St.
Construction is expected to complete in 2020.
