Chicago has issued a $4 million building permit for a new concrete warehouse facility at 4647 W. Polk St.
Catalyst GC and Development is the general contractor, building the structure for The Will Group of Wheaton.
Subtrades include: Electrical – ABCO Electrical Construction & Design; masonry – CPMH Construction and D.C.A. Quality Construction; plumber/plumbing – Capitol Plumbing, Inc.; refrigeration and ventilation – S Mechanical.
