Maris Construction Corp. is the general contractor for Belgravia Group’s CA6 condo project in the West Loop, which received a $20 million building permit on Feb. 9.
The eight-story structure at 305 S. Racine Ave. will include 72 dwelling units and have 76 parking spaces, the building permit says.
Globetrotters Engineering is listed on the permit as the consultant reviewer, and the architect of record is Mark Sullivan.
Key subtrades include: Electrical – Merit Electric LLC; masonry – Duco Construction; plumber/plumbing – R. Carrozza Plumbing Co.; and refrigeration and ventilation – Air-Rite Heating & Cooling.
