Investment banker Houlihan Lokey Inc. has been issued an $8 million building permit to renovate offices on two floors at 111 S. Wacker Dr.
The permit covers “interior alterations to 37th and 38th floor office space. Single tenant occupied. No change to existing office use.”
The general contractor for the project is Leopardo Companies Inc. Other contractors listed on the building permit include: Plumber: Great Lakes Plumbing; Electrical: Maron Electric Company; and ventilation, F.E. Moran.
