Chicago has issued a $7.5 million building permit for the the “foundation and site utilities only” of an industrial structure at 4341 W. 35th Pl.
The single story building will include a warehouse, offices, and workshops. F.H. Paschen, S.N. Nielsen & Associates LLC is the general contractor. Key subtrades include: Electrical – Block Electric Company; masonry – Leon Construction Co.; and Plumbing – Harrington Site Services Co.
