Earthwerks Land Improvement & Development Corporation of Batavia, IL has started work on a $7.3 million Chicago Park District natural area restoration in the Lincoln Park North Pond natural area.
Specifically, the permit issued on May 25, says the work at 2610 N. Cannon Dr. includes “added and revised walking paths, boardwalk features, and accessible improvements to existing casting pier, and electrical.”
The CPD says it will self-perform electrical work on the project site. Plumber/plumbing is being done by Flader Plumbing & Heating Co.
Esquina project is in Little Village not Little Italy
