Chicago has issued a $5,646,520.00 building permit for a three story, 24-unit precast construction residential building at 1100 N. Cambridge Ave., the largest permit in the past week and one of 12 permits greater than $1 million issued during that period.
General contractor Linn-Mathes Inc. is building the structure designed by Landon Bone Baker Architects (Peter Landon).
Key subtrades include: Electrical – J.M. Polcurr, Inc.; Masonry – Alright Concrete Co. and Franks Masonry, Inc.; plumber/plumbing – DW Mechanical Group, Inc.; and refrigeration and ventilation – HTH Mechanical Services.
