A full $40 million building permit has been issued for the Milieu project at 205 S. Peoria St. in the West Loop.
The 19-story mixed use building will include 273 apartments and ground floor retail.
White Oak Reality Partners and Crayton Advisors are the developers for the Fulton Market area site, to be completed by the summer of 2019.
The general contractor is Power Construction, and the design team includes architect Fitzgerald Associates, interior designer Patina Collection|Design, and engineering firms WSP, WMA, and Eriksson Engineering.
Subtrades include: Electrical – Shamrock Electric Co. Inc.; masonry – Midwest Masonry, Inc.; plumbing – Advance Mechanical Systems, Inc.; and refrigeration and ventilation – Emcor Services Team Mechanical.
