Developer and general contractor Michael Breheny of Contemporary Concepts Inc. has been issued a $30 million building permit to construct an 11-unit building at 2500 N. Halsted St.
The project, “with first floor mercantile space including new roof deck and four on-site sparking spaces located at grade will be built by IPSA Corporation, listed as general contractor.
Key subtrades include: Electrical – T & D Electrical LLC; plumber/plumbing – Cisco Plumbing Service Corp; and refrigeration and ventilation – Caromaya HVAC.
