Statements of Qualifications Submittals will be received by Washington State University, Facilities Services, from firms interested in providing services to meet the following:
perform predesign/programming activities, including associated investigation and study, prioritizing needs, determining options, and adjacency analyses; produce a construction cost estimate; develop a conceptual/diagrammatic building and site design; and perform a site and infrastructure analysis for the proposed renovations and/or new facility.
The deadline for responses is January 12, 2015.
