PREMIER Design + Build Group, LLC (PDB) has recently completed a new industrial warehouse facility at 2475 Touhy in Elk Grove.
Chicago-based Bridge Development Partners, LLC, in partnership with Wanxiang America Real Estate Group of Chicago and Garland, TX-based Hillwood Investment Properties, hired PREMIER in 2012 to manage the design and construction of the facility for air and land freight forwarders and distributors.
The warehouse’s envelope has precast and glass curtain walls. The 124,028-sq. ft. space can house up to four tenants. It features a 32-ft. clear height and an ESFR fire suppression sprinkler system. The building also includes 35 dock positions with a dock ratio of more than 1 per 3500 sq. ft. and a 154-stall parking lot.
