A new Logan’s Crossing development, at the 2500 block of N. Milwaukee Avenue, calls for a pair of new buildings connected via an elevated skybridge.

Together, they will offer 220 apartments, 110 indoor parking space and 62,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space.

Chicago Curbed says the transit-friendly project will include all the amenities found in newer downtown rental buildings such as a pool deck, fire pit, dog run, bocce ball court, coffee bar, co-working space, and 125-spot bike room.

Co-developers Fifield Realty Corp. and Terraco Real Estate anticipate Logan’s Crossing to welcome its first residents in November 2019. The new small-scale Target store is expected to come online the following summer.
