Chicago has issued a $56.296 million building permit to construct a 25-story apartment building with ground floor retail at 410 S. Wabush Ave.
Developer LMC is building a 344-unit structure, with ground floor retail, and 103 parking spots on level two and three, according to the building permit. Power Construction Company is the general contractor.
Subtrades include: Electrical – Bonus Electric; masonry – Adjustable Forms Inc., and Power Construction Company; and plumbing, refrigeration and mechanical – Advance Mechanical.
