Chicago’s largest building permit in October: The $39 million Legacy Charter School/North Lansdowne Learning and Family Center at 3300 W. Ogden.
The three-storey, 62,225 sq. ft. school will serve children from pre-kindergarten to Grade 8.
The architect is Avram Lotham and general contractor listed on the building permit is W. B. Olsen, Inc. Sub-trades include Lyons Electric Co., Cerami Construction Co. Ltd. (Masonry), Hill Mechanical Corp. (Plumbing), and Qu-Bar, Inc., (refrigeration and ventilation).
Revere Properties provided design and development services for the project, which it says has an overall value of $50 million.
