City issues Fulton Market’s Brooklyn Bowl $20 million building permit

The City of Chicago has issued a $20 million building permit for the Fulton Market’s Brooklyn Bowl for a three-story mixed use building at 302 N. Green St., the second section of the large complex.

W.E. O’Neil Construction Co. is listed as the general contractor on the permit, for “new construction/shell and core of a three-story mixed use building (parking, retail and assembly), repair/rehab of historic facades, and associated site work.” The architect is Andrew Kolgin of OKW Architects.

Other contractors on the building permit include: Don Stoltzner Mason Contractor (and W.E. O’Neil), masonry, State Mechanical Services (ventilation) and Warren F. Thomas (plumbing).
