Chicago-based Glazier Corp. plans to build a new retail building on Lake St. in Aurora.
The 7,950-sq.-ft. building will be built on the site at 1165 N. Lake St., just south of the intersection with Indian Trail, reports The Beacon-News.
The building will be occupied by a national coffee company shop and will have a drive-through window. It will also feature 5,500 sq. ft. retail space.
