Chicago has issued a building permit to allow developers to build out the foundation and podium superstructure for a new 41-story tower at 167 W. Erie St.
Magellan Development and Mac Management received the go-ahead to begin demolishing the existing building that previously housed Gin’s East Restaurant in River North. The new structure has been denied by Loewenberg Architects.
