Fifield Realty Corp. and partner Terraco Real Estate recently broke ground for a mixed-use, transit-oriented development in Chicago’s Logan Square at 2500 N. Milwaukee Ave.

The development, dubbed Logan’s Crossing, will feature 220 units and 62,000 sq.-ft. of retail. The project is designed by architecture firm Antunovich Associates, calls for the construction of two buildings, connected by a skybridge, that include studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments.

Plans for outdoor amenities include a landscaped sun terrace with pool, lounge chairs, shade cabanas, multiple grilling stations, dog run, bocce ball court, fire pit, and intimate open and covered private seating areas. Indoor amenities will include a fitness club with state-of-the-art equipment, resident lounge, party room, coffee bar, conference center and dedicated co-working space.

Logan’s Crossing is designed to offer an indoor parking garage with 110 spots. In addition, there will be an adjacent, non-resident parking lot accommodating 44 vehicles.

Focus Construction is the general contractor. Construction is slated to be complete in November 2019.
