Clark Construction has received a $300 million building permit to commence vertical construction at a 110 N. Wacker, following a carefully managed concrete foundation pour on Sept. 19.
The waterfront building will be anchored by the Bank of America, which committed to lease 500,000 sq. ft. of the structure, which is expected to be completed in 2020.

The permit reports the owner as HH Wacker Management Development Company in Dallas as the owner. TMPC Realty Corp. is associated with the building permit owner’s listed address. Curbed Chicago reports the building is being co-developed by the Howard Hughes Corp. and Riverside Investment and Development.
Key subtrades include: Electrical – Titan Electric LLC; masonry – Jimmy’z Masonry Corp.; plumber – Ewing-Doherty Mechanical, Inc.; and refrigeration and ventilation – F.E. Moran. The project is expected to be completed in 2020.
