Reed Construction says it has recently been selected to complete a new, mixed-use construction project at 450 N. Morgan St. in Chicago’s Fulton Market District.

The five-story, 52,000 sq. ft.  building will be built on a 13,700 sq. ft.  site that is being developed by MAB Capital Management, a privately held firm focused on strategic investments in the real estate, hospitality, entertainment and marketing communication sectors in the U.S. and Europe. The project will feature office and retail space, as well as 50 indoor parking spots. Construction is slated to start in the second quarter and will wrap up in early 2017.

Senior project manager Jack Sbertoli will lead the Reed Construction team. Brock Reckelhoff is the project engineer and Jim Blake is the senior project superintendent.

Project Management Advisors, Inc. (PMA) is serving as the owner’s representative. Architectural services are being provided by Pappageorge Haymes Partners.
