Chicago has issued a $65 million building permit for a 27-story tower in the West Loop at 160 N. Elizabeth St.

The permit says the structure will have “375 residential units, 144 parking stalls and ground floor commercial space.”

Clark Construction Group, LLC is the general contractor. Chicago YIMBY reported last January that the developer is Moceri + Roszak and Thomas Roszak Architecture is the designer.

“The project’s design consists of a three-story glass and brick podium that fills the entire site,” Chicago YIMBY reported in January, 2021. “This podium is topped by a steel and glass tower that rises with a setback on the 14th floor. Metal screens and framing is featured at the setback on the 14th floor and at the crown of the building. Balconies are integrated into the massing of the structure.”

Key subcontractors include: Electrical – Bonus Electric; plumber/plumbing – DW Mechanical Group, Inc.; and refrigeration and ventilation – Heatmasters Inc.
