Work on renovating and updating the Willis Tower at 233 S Wacker Dr. continues, reflected by a recent $28 million building permit for alterations on the building’s 44th floor.
The general contractor for this work is Development Solutions, Inc. Key subtrades include: Electrical – Premium Electric Services, Inc.; plumber/plumbing – Great Lakes Plumbing & Heating; and ventilation – Competitive Piping Systems.
