In 2018, the contractor was issued a $350 million permit for the same address at 333 W. Wolf Point Plz. to build Wolf Point East, following the construction of neighbouring Wolf Point West, with 48 stories and 509 rental apartments.

Subtrades include: Electrical – Gurtz Electric Company; masonry – Richard & Weyer Const. Co. and Walsh Construction Company; plumber/plumbing – Norman Mechanical; and refrigeration and ventilation – F.E. Moran, Inc.

Hines has said it is developing the overall site in partnership with long-time land owner, the Joseph P. Kennedy Family, and the AFL-CIO Building Investment Trust, advised by PNC Realty Investors.
