White Oak Realty Partners and Crayton Advisors announced plans to build a new 19-story apartment development in Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood.
The project, Milieu, will feature 275 residential units – including a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom spaces – with approximately 183 parking stalls and 13,000 sq. ft. of commercial retail space.
Milieu will be a lifestyle-centered, amenity-rich, boutique apartment property. It will be built in partnership with Pacific Life Insurance Co., contractor Power Construction, and a design team led by architect Fitzgerald Associates. Interior designer will be Patina Collection|Design, while engineering firms WSP, WMA, and Eriksson Engineering will also take part in the construction.
The project is expected to be completed in the summer of 2019.
