Smithfield Properties has received a tower crane permit for 400 W. Huron.
Berkelhamer Architects have designed the tower which will have 15 stories and 26 condo units, according to Curbed Chicago.
The City of Chicago issued a $750,000 foundation permit on Aug. 28.
