PREMIER selected to lead 50 ft. clear BTS for Frozen Assets in Savannah

PREMIER Design + Build Group, based in Itasca, has been selected for the construction of a 285,527 sq. ft. cold storage facility in Savannah, Georgia  for Frozen Assets Cold Storage. The project will include a 19,518 sq. ft. blast freezer to accommodate the company’s daily operations. This is PREMIER’s first project in the state of Georgia and second for Frozen Assets Cold Storage. Bridge Development Partners is the developer.

The insulated metal panel building will feature 50’ clear height warehouse storage with a Tyco Quell™ fire protection system. The facility will also contain a state-of-the-art blast freezing system.

Project manager Samantha Skopek will oversee the design and construction for PREMIER along with project superintendent Johnathan Nelsen. Chicago-based Harris Architects, Inc. is providing architectural services, Swift Structural Design, LLC is providing structural engineering services and Thomas & Hutton is providing civil engineering and landscape design services for the project.
