PREMIER Design + Build Group, LLC has introduced Michael Pacini as the latest addition to the company’s project management team. He will focus primarily on industrial, commercial and adaptive re-use projects in Illinois and Florida.

Beyond day-to-day project coordination, his duties include estimating, designing, permitting, scheduling, and contract administration. Pacini brings solid expertise in these areas given his hands-on experience as a consultant for individual trade and general contractors

Notable projects Pacini has worked on include: a seven-theater remodel involving the renovation of lobby and common areas across multiple levels and the build-out of a 3,500 sq. ft. bar and lounge in Chicago; multi-unit retail tenant facilities ranging from 6,000 to 12,000 sq. ft.

Pacini is working on industrial spec warehouses currently underway: Bridge Point Crossroads West, a 242,859 sq. ft. facility and Bridge Point Crossroads South, a 255,846 sq. ft. facility, both in Hialeah Gardens, Florida.

Pacini prides himself on exceeding client expectations by forging strategic relationships with subcontractor networks to reduce overhead and establish competitive pricing structures. Before  joining PREMIER, Pacini created an in-house software system for project estimation, bid evaluation and contract generation.

“Michael’s drive and his innate ability to make decisions that positively affect the project budget and deliver smart design and build solutions will immediately benefit our clients,” says PREMIER’s executive vice-president Brian Paul. “His innovative thinking and management and financial know-how make him a valuable asset to the PREMIER team.”

Pacini’s commitment to maximizing efficiencies and expanding profit margins can be traced to his unique background. He earned a degree in Building Construction Management at Purdue University, worked in commercial construction and became an Independent Market Maker trading options at the Chicago Board Options Exchange.
