Maris Construction Corp. has started building a $30 million condo at 360 W. Erie in Chicago’s River North Area for developer Belgravia Group.
The 11 story, 38-unit development designed by Chicago-based GREC Architects replaces two parking lots and a former bar.
Subtrades include: Electrical – Merit Electric LLC: masonry – Masonry Systems, Inc.; plumber – Carrozza Plumbing Co.; refrigeration and ventilation – Air Rite Heating & Cooling.
