Chicago has issued a $13.7 million building permit for plumbing improvements at a Lincoln Park condo.
The permit issued on Nov. 30 for work at 2626 N. Lakeview Ave. Ave. is to “remove and replace existing plumbing risers to existing 42-story condo building per plans.”
“Work to include opening and closing walls to complete work. No mechanical or plumbing work.”
Bulley & Andrews, LLC is the general contractor and the plumbing contractor for this large-scale project is Fettes, Love & Siben.
