Itasca-based PREMIER Design + Build Group, LLC welcomes the energy and experience that John Semenek III brings to the firm as new assistant superintendent, midwest division. He will play an integral part in the success of commercial and industrial clients for PREMIER, the company says in a news release.
He most recently worked for a leading construction company in Illinois as a carpentry foreman who was responsible for completing work that met the demands of his clients. He ensured seamless communication between his crew and superintendents and was the point person on job sites. In addition, John focused on delivering quality projects in a safe work environment.
He strongly believes that his organizational and communication skills will benefit clients at PREMIER. “I work closely with them to understand their design + build vision and interpret site plans to make that vision cost-effectively come to life,” says Semenek. “I look forward to partnering with PREMIER clients.”
He has worked on a variety of commercial projects during his 19-year career, including a 40,000 sq. ft. school for children with special needs. He has also led the construction of a 5,500 sq. ft. immediate care facility and a 3,500 sq. ft. medical specialist office.
“John possesses local business and construction knowledge and has an admirable work ethic,” says PREMIER executive vice-president Brian Paul. “His hands-on, hard-working nature and experience will immediately pay off for PREMIER clients. We are excited to have him on our team.”
