F.H. Paschen says it has been awarded a contract with the Niles Township High school District to renovate and build an addition to the Niles North school in Skokie.
The project includes construction of a three-story, 45,000 sq. ft. addition as well as renovations of the current offices and the field house, the contractor says.
StudioGC architecture + Interiors designed the building.
A school publication says work will commence in late March.
