Bridge Development Partners, LLC (BDP) says it has partnered withto acquire and develop 1307 North Lombard Rd. in Lombard, into the future home of Bridge Point I-355 — an industrial facility spanning 133,100 sq. ft.
The two organizations purchased the vacant, 7.25-acre site from Location Finders International. The companies did not disclose the project’s value.
When completed, the building will feature 32-foot clear heights; ESFR sprinklers; LED lighting, 22 exterior docks, further expandable to 43 docks; 4 drive-in doors; 10 trailer stalls (which can also be used for up to 21 car parking spaces); and parking for 170 cars. The development will also be divisible for multiple tenants down to 25,000 sq. ft, and include a 60-foot speed bay. The project is expected to be delivered in the fourth quarter of this year.
