The Housing Authority of Cook County (“HACC”) and its affiliates hereby invites qualified architects and architectural firms to provide their qualifications for consideration to provide architecture and engineering services as specified in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). As a part of our social mission and federal mandate, HACC is committed to providing economic, training and educational opportunities to the low income individuals in the communities we serve. All contractors are required to recruit and hire low income individuals for new positions and provide training & educational opportunities to the greatest extent feasible for these individuals
