The meeting will start at the Administration offices for project introduction and questions followed by a tour of the project site. Note: This meeting is mandatory and failure to be present at this meeting will result in the bid not being accepted.

The project consists of all work for construction of the following: 1. A new bar screen screenings washing press and sluice trough 2. Complete rehabilitation of the solids handling facilities including the following: a. Grinder in the primary sludge piping b. Demolition of the existing equipment and piping to be removed and/or replaced as well as minor wall demolition c. Cover replacement on two anaerobic digesters d. Combination boiler/heat exchanger replacement for both digesters including all associated sludge and water pumps and piping and controls e. Supernatant and overflow piping replacement f. New gas piping from both digesters and associated appurtenances g. Polymer system replacement h. Cover replacement on the sludge storage tank I. Odor control equipment for the sludge storage tank j. New electrical rooms in two Heat-X Buildings k. Addition of the digestion and sludge storage facilities to the plant SCADA system l. Demolition of an existing paved sludge drying bed and installation of a concrete platform to support an enclosed waste gas burner in its place with new pavement over the remainder of the area 3. Associated civil architectural structural mechanical electrical and instrumentation and control work for a complete and operating installation
