The booming Fulton Market District is set to host another office project.
The $26-million project, dubbed Fulton East, includes a 12-story core and shell office building featuring ground floor retail space, three floors of parking, eight floors of white core space for lease, and a green roof used as outdoor amenity space.
Peoria Green Owner has hired Clayco and Lamar Johnson Collaborative as the design-build team for the Fulton East office development in Chicago’s popular West Loop.
Fulton East will offer tenants 85,000-sq.-ft. of floor-to-ceiling glass skyspace designed to inspire innovative thinking and work life culture. The floor-to-ceiling vision glass will provide spectacular views throughout the city while allowing optimal day lighting to the building’s interior tenant spaces.
“With a unique opportunity to customize the virtually column-free 10,600-square-foot office plates, tenants will thrive in a creative environment featuring unobstructed skyline views; a meeting-size outdoor balcony on each level; a private rooftop park; and reserved, indoor parking. Fulton East will also feature 5,000-square-feet of destination retail space at street level,” according to the project’s website.
Fulton East is expected to be completed in the spring of 2020.
